I called customer service regarding a paint gouge under the gas cap lid and the only option Harley Davidson gave me is that the dealer would touch it up with touch up paint. I know that factory paint and clear coat is used then baked on. Touch up paint on a new bike less than 2 months old with under 200 miles is not acceptable. Ok so this is a joke I am so pissed!!!! So I bought a brand new 1200 custom xl it had 4 miles on it !! They call me and say they messed up gave my bike to another customer !! Bike is insured under my name by the way!! I go down there to see what's going on they said my bike will be back in few hours went to pick it up.. 6 hours later it comes.. I purchased a 07 Road King in July of this year. The bike appeared to be in mint condition with low mileage. 12 days after putting it on the road it developed a knock in the motor. I brought it to Manchester Harley in Manchester NH. They have now had the bike for over 2 months and have torn the motor down 5 times and still can't figure out what's wrong with it. For the record, I'm still a brand enthusiast. I enjoy my 2014 StreetGlide Special and I'm even ok with the 2 Manufacture recalls and added downtime from a faulty wiring component. Just a quick note to Dealers and HD Executives. If the bottom line is the end all be all, just let us know? I have a 2014 triglide making noise when I backup without motor. Took it to Zylstra in Ames Iowa. They said it was normal. Next it was locked up. They said was normal. Don't take bike there for service. I'm done with them!!!!!!! Add comment

Same here. FORT THUNDER in moore okla homa service dept is a joke.... Can't believe any kind of timeline on service. Sware to god there tech are pulled off the street. 4 trips to fix leaking oil all down my 2014 night rod special. Then sprayed something that made the whole bike look like acid corrosion was all over everything. Tried sayin it was just not rinsed off nothing was wrong.. ... Read more

I took my bike in for a clutch recall. An appointment was set up, and I was told my bike would be ready in an hour, so I waited for the service department to call me when the service was finished. I bought an 07 softail from harley in Baltimore then went to an harley dealer in florida an was shown that harley ripped me off buy selling me my bike over the blue book value plus the bike is only worth 5000 and I paid 12000 they lie about there prices then hit you with a high interest rate I'm done with harley all together Add comment

The wife and I just got a pair of Bikes from Sun Harley in Thornton CO. Great service and treated well. We currently have our bill pay set up to pay automatically. We are set up 3 days late on purpose due to when my check gets into the bank. The sound system clock of my 2013 Road Glide is innacurate and has an error of 25 minutes per year. The answer from Harley Davidson was "This is an acceptable error for a clock". I must be dreaming, a 4000 ms error is completely inacceptable for a Quartz clock which rule of thumb is 1.43 ms. Who has ever adjusted the clock in the dashboard of his car except for daily time savings? 4000 times... Read more
