This is the condensed version of a letter sent to H-D Corporate. I took a custom rear wheel to H-D of Palm Beach to have a new tire installed. This makes about 13 rears I've worn out on this bike. I totally agree. You can save over $4000 by going ANYWHERE else. Call around and see. I hope they fail unless they change attitude towards customer. Salesperson was clueless, charged $2000 over MSRP and setup and doc fees are outrageous. Based on two past experiences I would recommend staying away from this place. Ok I BOUGHT A LIFELONG FRIEND OF MINE A 2015 HARLEY. HIS WIFE WAS NOT HAPPY SINCE HE HAX A HARLEY ALREADY SO AFTER A WEEK GE RETURNED IT TO CGI TOWN HARLEY. Dropped off my bike 6 wks ago for a simple fix. They said the part is on back order. So, they call me today and said " your bike is ready but it doesn't run". I said, what do you mean? All it need was an ignition module.now they said my carb need to be cleaned , another 250.00 on top of 530.00 that the module and battery is already costing me. Now, im up to over 700.00. They stooped to the ultimate low by calling all of my co-workers. friends, and neighbors about my delinquent $150 payment. I even had a payment arrangement set up. It is an illegal business practice to solicit collections at a workplace. I have my State Senator involved because their tactics just don't wash in my state. I am a Harley owner and I just rented a Harley from HD on Front Street in Maui. I must warn other renters that these guys put a $1000 Hold on your Visa card...and they don't remove it for 5-10 days!! You could easily get your card rejected because of these slack *** clowns messing with your credit. Bad, bad customer relations and, although I am an HD owner, I will never rent from them again! I called customer service regarding a paint gouge under the gas cap lid and the only option Harley Davidson gave me is that the dealer would touch it up with touch up paint. I know that factory paint and clear coat is used then baked on. Touch up paint on a new bike less than 2 months old with under 200 miles is not acceptable. Ok so this is a joke I am so pissed!!!! So I bought a brand new 1200 custom xl it had 4 miles on it !! They call me and say they messed up gave my bike to another customer !!
