Having tried to enter the world wide competition via test driving a bike at a Harley dealership. I found out there is no dealership here in Israel since the Tel Aviv shop changed brands (due to low sales due to high costs). I could not get any info on the Israel site about the competition, and trying to enter from an English site, Israel is not mentioned. Last year 81816 i was leaving my house with my 2015 roadglide, stopped at end of drive way looked to the right the bike just jumped,like my clutch was not in...bike fell burnt my right leg hurt ribs,didn't go to a dr. My sons bike ..i own half had problems with ft end and rear tire..worn out @2215 mile then tried to charge us 330 dollars because it wasn't warranty problem? When bike sits trys to move when starting.. Bought a new Harley on october 2015 and had a hard time to store it at a free charge for the winter. The surprise: after the 30 of april, they will charge me $30 a day for storage. I have had so much trouble there it is crazy!!! Run never use them.. I would fire every single person that works in that place!!!i have never seen such dysfunction in my life!! If I was the owner I sure as *** would never tell people I have yet to still have what I ordered from them and they just can't seem to get anything correct! After the second year of owning the trike the air in the rear shocks kept loosing air. So the third year i took the bike apart because I wanted to find out why it was loosing the air and found the left shock was facing the wrong way. With the air tube and fitting facing the rear, the underneath of the trunk body smashed the hose and fitting. There is much more room when the shock is facing the front of the bike like the right shock was. See... Read more

I really wanted to start riding a harley. Have only owned jap motorcycles 25 bikes in 40 yrs,but after reading about poor quality and bad deal service I think I will stay away from HD Add comment

i walk in adventure harley in dover/new philadelphia ohio and am surrounded by leaches that what to sell a motorcycle to me with high pressure tactics and be told how many times you have been there in the last several weeks. and make you feel like (please buy a motorcycle or please go away. and trying to sell a 2 year old lowrider with 888 miles on it at the msrp when it rolled out of the factory. and offering 10.000.00 dollars and a harley... Would just like to vent on the quality of HD clothing...They either fade, shrink, or stretch out.... The prices are outrageous for the quality..Take under armour for instance, they are high priced but the quality is excellent.....HD should maybe look at a new company to make them!!! Beartooth Service Department is the absolute worst I have ever visited and I have been all over the country. Unfortunately, this is my home town Harley Dealership and they will never touch my bike, my wife's bike or my daughters bike again. It all starts with the Service Manager Paul who is an arrogant ***.
