The electronic part failed. I guess harley will not be releasing the replacement item for two months.

Here is what owners need to know. Extended warrentys are provided by a second company. Harley has no skin in the game, the extended warrenty is a company that just gambles you don't break down. Harley could care less, I asked if they would pull one from the tens of thousands of new bikes they are building.

I was told by harley... It's not our problem. I know it's my problem, and I guess... This is my last harley.

I was spoken too as I would to a 4 year old child .

An American iconic brand? No, I can sit for two months and wait for a part that was a *** piece to begin with.

Same story on my 2009 Street Glide. Not operable during the peak of the riding season.

New Indian Chieftain is really looking good. Parts availability and taking care of customers could not be worse than what I now have.

I was told the same thing. The dealer said why don't you just buy a new bike?

Are you kidding me? If harley doesn't stand behind their product..

Why would I drop another 20k on a new bike. What a shame an iconic brand is more interested in selling T-shirts and tickets to their 110th than supporting their brand.
