I bought a brand new 2015 street glide special love it. My salesman took the cradle out of the media storage compartment because my phone did not fit.

I did not know any better until talking to H.D. customer service. The cradle evidently isn't supposed to be taken out. Contacted the dealer.

Dealer says they are not responsible. Said it was door malfunction. H.D. customer service said they are not responsible because dealer took it out.

Meanwhile I am trying to find out what to do. My bike is at dealer now getting a new media compartment.

I am very displeased with the way I was treated. I am looking at my options as to what my rights are as a consumer

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Harley Davidson Pros: Sales manager steve jackson, New street glide special.

Harley Davidson Cons: Feeling like nobody cares, Hd customer service not helping me, Not trusting my dealership, Salesman taking something off my bike that shouldnt come off.
