I got a Recall on my 2016 Ultra Classic Limited only after 1500 miles. The Re Call was due to clutch lever failures causing the bike to possible start up in gear. The re call procedure had me drop my bike off for 24hrs open the hydraulic cap squeeze the lever and look for bubbles. My dealer explained the procedure and both the dealer and myself agree this is no fix. This is the 4th recall on this item to date, was told I needed to call customer... Read more

My 2005 Ultra had that exact issue on multiple occasions. The rear vertical shift arm strips inside the primary. One of those times had me stuck in 4th gear coming down an off-ramp from the freeway to a stoplight, which (thank God) was green. I then had to turn left, go down one hill, up another, turn right, and cross a bridge to get to the Harley shop - all of which was in city traffic. To their credit, the Harley shop was great about it. ... Read more

Toledo signature harley:. My trade in value changed on my 2000 road king , I was looking at a 2016 ultra and trade in value was $7100. I couldn't afford the payments so we moved down to a street glide and my trade in was now worth $5900. I really don't understand this , but no matter how they explain it , I will not buy from them again. Just a frustrated customer ...... Quality of bike us not worth the money..... Plastic parts and high... Read more

DON'T BOTHER with the service department, Harrison's Motorcycle in Brighton is MUCH better, and CHEAPER. After spending $50K on a couple scoots, parts and service over the past couple years, you would think I would be valued here. NOPE. Paid dearly to have a stage one kit installed. The ham fisted mechanic who put my breather on, apparently had TWO bowls of wheaties that morning. Two of the 3 bolts snapped, and the third was so horribly stripped... Read more

I have owned a 2005 Harley Sporster 883 for 5 months and this is the best motorcycle I have ever owned. The bike has plenty of power and handles beautifully, the suspension is soft and well designed. the maintenance while more demanding then Honda but well worth the extra work when you take the derby cover off to tighten the primary drive chain the engine worker "Jewelled" the inside of the cover and you can actually work on the bike without... I bought a brand new Street Glide in 2014 and I was in Sturgis 2016 when the shifter shaft and shifter arm malfunctioned leaving me unable to ride my bike home, this is terrible quality and unfortunately my warranty period is up, this is something I would expect on an old bike but not one that just turned 10k miles, I think Harley should take care of this

I purchased a 2016 Road Glide Special back in May, my third Harley Davidson. For something that costs as much as these things do, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. From the beginning, it has sounded like there are marbles in the transmission. It is a seriously loud and sick sound, but Harley and the dealer claim this is normal and is not doing any damage. They call it the Neutral Rattle, as if naming a noise makes it something good. A... Read more

I was never told when I purchased my bike that it ran hot! I recieved 2nd degree burns on both my legs. I love my bike but, what the heck Harley I can not ride in the heat? I think this should be a recall and fix it. Others riding next to me dont have to get off their bikes at a stop light. I now have scars on both legs due to the burns I think you at least need to fix my bike and others with the same issue really over 30 grand later. there must... Read more
