I bought a brand new Street Glide in 2014 and I was in Sturgis 2016 when the shifter shaft and shifter arm malfunctioned leaving me unable to ride my bike home, this is terrible quality and unfortunately my warranty period is up, this is something I would expect on an old bike but not one that just turned 10k miles, I think Harley should take care of this
