My 2015 Street Glides' Boom Audio system went dead completely after I have the bike for 6 months after the warranty period. Dealer says it is dead because the battery voltage was too low and it fried the radio.

Now they want $ 650.00 to "exchange" the radio. The battery went dead because the security system was tripped while I was at work. Bike started ok and I rode it home. Now they want $ 650.00 to exchange the radio???

Why does this 25K bike not have a system that will not allow the bike to be ran if the battery voltage is so low that it will fry the radio???? Very poor audio system, love the bike but Harley really missed it on this one! Cannot wait till others have the same issue.

I see a class-action lawsuit in their future! Count me in!

There will be no class action suit because a radio died. Go buy a Bluetooth.
