I have purchased a new Road glide CVO custom on the 28th of February this year that came with a defective fork ( noisy fork) that was found during the P.D.I before delivering the bike to me and they reassured me that this was not a safety issue and that hey had ordered a new fork that will ship in 2-3 weeks. I refused to drive the bike until the fork would be replaced and kept my bike at the dealer till the parts arrived.
Yesterday 18th of March the new fork was received but I was informed today that during the replacement they found out that the new fork was defected as one of it's torque screws was oval and could not be tightened and that they need to order a new fork again !
I am surprised that such defects are not addressed or not been checked before hands.
It's been almost a Month now and I still can't drive my new bike even with their assurances that it's safe.
I would kindly need an urgent solution for this un acceptable delay.
