I tried to change the account for my direct withdrawal for my Harley payment and used their website to attempt this. Huge mistake! I got a duplicated payment and no cooperation to date with getting my money back.

The website is not set up to where you can easily find the menu option to even make these kind of changes and when I spoke to a supervisor on the 9th she admitted the website has issues and won't always do what you want it to. She did not call me back as I asked regarding returning my money and the second person I spoke to on the 10th was a sanctimonious witch,who actually suggested that if I wanted to take a hit on my credit rating she could give back my April payment sooner! She then stated the money would be returned on the 12th. It was not.

I am lucky enough to have a part time job which, unfortunately has gotten very part time this month. Left with $3.98 in my account, no way to put gas in my car to get to work and no way to buy diapers for my child, I am furious that they have not returned the money they were not entitled to! I spoke to a third supervisor on the 12th and she claimed they would be returning my money on Friday, the 13th. Guess what? Still nothing!

I don't know what to do at this point except use every media outlet I can to make sure others are aware what a lousy website Harley Davidson has and how entirely unconcerned they are with customer service. The last person I spoke with gave me her extension. She may end up regretting that. I know I'll never buy another Harley through their financing again!

I called about them NOT updating the payment information on all credit agencies- -this was the second time I had to call on this event. The RUDE lady tells me that is takes 30 days for them to update AND it takes another 45 days from the credit agencies- -where on earth does she get this information?

It takes the credit agencies right at FIVE working days, hate being lied to like I have no clue- -and she was EXTREMELY rude. Terrible service!!!!

I have a similar circumstance in that is even when I am setup for AUTO DEBIT every month I get annoying calls from HDFS for late payment?? Unless there are no funds available in my account (which is not the case) they waste my time and give me a harassing phone call demanding payment AFTER it has been posted! In my experience this is the ONLY company that does this, even after they recognize that weekends and holidays payments re posted the next business day but they feel they do not have to abide by this.

My payment is due on the 1st, but come the second the are on the phone hounding me. according to them I have 10 days before it is considered late.

At one point I was receiving an enormous amount of calls per day, i have proof of 10 calls in one hour. I purchased a call blocker application for my Droid phone, so now I do not receive any calls. I have programmed the number in my phone so when they call the phone answers and the hangs up.

I love my phone, but they suck. There should be a harassment lawsuit.
