Harley Davidson - Motorcycle Repair Review from Coppell, Texas
I have my bike at riders Harley Davidson in trussville in the service department and it's going on a month and they have yet to start on my bike or give me any info they say there going to call me back with an update and can never get a call back this is my first Harley and my last I have owned the bike now for three months and one month being in the shop making my second payment and no bike to ride it's very unprofessional if I could return the bike I would and count the money as a loss and a lesson learned the feeling of being put on the back burner is definitely happening in this case it doesn't make sense if you don't have time to fix something just tell the customer hey it's going to be a whole not when they bring it in tell them it's going to be a week tops the salesman was awesome and very knowledgeable but the others I have spoke with have been very short and seemed to be in a rush to get me off the phone basically telling me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone I went from a crotch rocket to a Harley and if all Harley's are this much trouble I will gladly go back to the foreign jobs what to do I'm at a loss for words yes it's supposed to be under warranty

Sell it and buy a Honda. You will have money in the bank and a better bike
